Is it safe to order online?
Extremely safe. We are using top of the line security systems, with the highest security rating. Do you deliver to work addresses?
Yes, we send to any address that a courier can access and a responsible adult is present to receive the goods.
Are there any addresses you don't deliver to?
Most couriers will not deliver to Post Office Boxes because they need someone to sign for the package.
Will I be charged customs?
This is very unlikely, but it is dependant on the country of destination, and Wide Shoes Online has no control over it. The recipient of the shoes is responsible for any customs duties.

Generally shipping takes less than 15 working days (3 weeks).

How can I track my order?
Users who have registered with Wide Shoes Online may easily track their orders by going into their My Account area.
How do I search for a product?
There are two ways you can search for a product. The first is to enter information in the Search bar at the top. The other method is to browse for the product by clicking its brand name on the left side menu.
How do I buy and pay for a pair of shoes?
Once you find a pair you like, click on its icon, or press the button on it that says 'Choose Options'. You will be requested to enter information such as its size. Once this is done, you need to pay for it (by payPal or a registered credit card) and it will be sent to the shipping address that you were requested to enter.
How will I be charged?
If you choose to pay by PayPal we will take you to the PayPal website, which will guide you to pay.
If you choose to pay by credit card, and it is authorised, we will take payment immediately and will send you an email confirming that your order was successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know your card was declined.
Do you need to register to buy a product?
No you don't. You can buy with registration or without. The advantage of registration is that you can track your order.
How do I change details on my account?
Users who have registered with Wide Shoes Online may change their details by going into their My Account area.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, you can find it when you look into the details of any shoes (by clicking on its icon).
Can I cancel an order once I have paid for it?
An order cannot be cancelled once it is paid for, so please be careful before selecting a purchase.
